# Privacy

mikeypiro.com is a static personal website. It has no accounts, no forms, no ads, no analytics scripts, and it sets no cookies.

## What gets logged

The site is hosted on [Vercel](https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy). Like any web host, Vercel processes standard request data (IP address, user agent, the page requested, and the time) to serve pages and keep the service running. Mikey does not use that data to track or profile visitors.

## Third parties your browser talks to

- **Google Fonts** serves the typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which sees your IP address. See [Google's privacy policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).
- **rss2json.com** turns the Substack RSS feed into the Dispatches list on the homepage. Your browser requests it from rss2json, which sees your IP address.
- **Substack, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and GitHub** only see you if you click through to them. Their own privacy policies apply once you do.

## Email

If you email [hi@mikeypiro.com](mailto:hi@mikeypiro.com), Mikey gets your address and whatever you wrote, the same as any email. Nothing on this site adds you to a mailing list. Substack subscriptions are separate and run by Substack.
